Intuit’s GoPayment iPad App Goes Live in US, Sadly no plan for Europe

Today
InTuit
announced:-
GoPayment App
for iPad Now Available on the App Store - and this must be exciting news for small shop owner. So with GoPayment the mobile payment app allows anyone who sells a product or service get paid on the spot by easily and quickly processing credit cards. This got me excited as I have a customer in UK that we did their web store, and would love something like this due to its low cost.
This is what they say:
"Our new iPad app can help just about anyone who needs an easy and affordable way to process credit cards while on the go,” said Chris Hylen, vice president and general manager of Intuit’s Payment Solutions division. “We definitely see iPad as a natural complement to our existing point of sale retail store solutions as more people look to process payments wherever they are – in a store, at an event or even at home.”
Here are some advantages of having the large screen on iPad compaired to the old app for iPhone, the GoPayment app for iPad lets users easily and quickly:
View orders on a large screen – Clearly view, navigate and create sales orders using GoPayment’s layout, which is optimized for iPad’s large, high-resolution display.
Find products with photos – Add photos of products or services so that it’s easier to find them and quickly make a sale. New search functionality also makes finding products easier.
Create orders on one screen – Simply tap an item from the product list and watch as it’s instantly placed into the order summary, which is on the same screen. GoPayment automatically calculates the total of items as they’re added, showing customers how much they owe for each selection.
Review past transactions in one spot –View the details of historical transactions all in one place with a new expandable screen.
Square
has already been doing this on iPad - https://squareup.com/ which is already available in UK but not in the ipad form. So I thought I call Intuit and ask them if they plan to come over to Europe:-
Shawanna: Hello, thank you for chatting with us today. How may I help you?
salar: Hi
salar: A question for you
salar: I am in UK
salar: Is this available in UK or is it US only?
Shawanna: Unfortunately, we don't currently offer merchant services to businesses located outside the United States. I apologize for the inconvenience.
salar: Thank you
salar: it is so cool
salar: do you have plan to offer it in Europe?
Shawanna: I am not sure if they are looking to expand.
salar: OK
Shawanna: Is there anything else I can help you with today?
salar: Please let your marketing manager know that Europe would appreciate something like this :)
Shawanna: I will be happy to pass that information along.
